Newspaper fun

Room 5 are enjoying writing their own newspaper. Just to keep us in the mood we are working in groups and exploring papers to meet special challenges.

Visit from Editor of The Press

We were very lucky today to have a visit from Joanna Norris this afternoon. Joanna is Evie's mum and also the Editor of The Press. The Tuis read a book about how news travels and asked if we could write a class newspaper. We now understand a lot more about what we have to do to write a class paper. It sounds like a lot of hard work but we are up to the challenge. Wish us luck and watch this space.
